I have been involved with horses my whole life. I Iived for pony club camp every summer and looking after my pony was always priority over school! I progressed to endurance riding when I was a teenager and was lucky enough to represent Ireland in 2017 at The Home International held in Market Rasen Racecourse. I placed second individually in the one day 50 km event. Endurance was the starting point for my passion for equine nutrition, fitness and the science that was behind it all. I then spent 5 years working for Group 1 winning racehorse trainer Joseph O'Brien before qualifing in 2021 as a Racehorse Intergrated Support Therapist with Equi-Ed.
